Shipping information
From a small idea to a parcel at your door.
Our planned Australia delivery journey
Australia is the intended first market for labhopper. This demo explains the delivery experience we are preparing, from checking an order to following a parcel.
Orders are not open yet. This page is a walkthrough rather than a shipping quote or delivery promise. Actual coverage, charges, dispatch estimates and any applicable tax information will be available before payment.
1. Check the kit and delivery details
Review the kit, selected option and quantity, then check the recipient name, street address and postcode. Apartment or unit details matter. Delivery coverage and any location-specific charges will need to be confirmed for the actual address.
2. Prepare the order
The planned fulfilment step is to identify the selected kit, check its contents against the packing list and prepare the parcel for the carrier. A dispatch estimate describes this preparation period; it is separate from the carrier’s transit estimate.
3. Follow the parcel
Where the confirmed service provides tracking, the dispatch update will explain how to follow it. A newly created tracking reference may appear before the carrier records its first scan. Keep the order confirmation and tracking details together when asking about progress.
4. Receive and check your discovery
On arrival, check the parcel and contents against the order and instructions. Keep the packaging while checking the kit. If something appears damaged or missing, take clear photos and use the support process described in our returns demo.
What if an address needs correcting?
The intended process is to contact support with the order number and the correction as soon as possible. Whether a change can be made will depend on the parcel’s actual preparation and carrier status. This demo does not promise that a dispatched parcel can be redirected.
What if tracking stops or delivery is delayed?
Check the latest tracking update and any carrier message first. The planned support review will use the order number, tracking reference and delivery postcode to investigate the parcel’s status. The actual carrier service and resolution process will be confirmed before launch.
How are shipping charges and taxes shown?
Before ordering, customers will need to see the applicable shipping charge, delivery coverage and responsibility for any taxes or import charges. These depend on the final fulfilment route and business setup. This demo does not set a free-shipping threshold, tax amount or delivery timescale.
